Terms of Service
These terms govern use of GPS Remote for Osmo Action (the “App”),
its homepage at gps-remote.devinn.org, and the related API at
osmo-api.devinn.org, provided by Devin Norgarb (“we”, “us”).
Not affiliated with DJI
The App is an independent utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DJI. Osmo, DJI, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Use only with cameras you own.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by applicable law.
Accounts
Some features may require an account (Google or email/password). You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the API or attempt to disrupt the service
- Do not use the App in ways that violate law or others’ rights
- Do not use the App while driving or in situations where distraction is unsafe
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment. Camera compatibility may change with firmware updates.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or API.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
